public and private sector organizations. Incorporated in 1987,
Swan Research is located in the Baltimore/Washington, DC
metropolitan area.

Our mission is to design and conduct research in applied
behavioral and social sciences, tailored to individual client’s
needs. We have extensive experience in designing and managing
small and large-scale research programs and in providing
consultant services to public and private sector organizations.
Our Philosophy
We believe that the most effective approach is to engage in a
collaborative relationship with our clients. Therefore, a critical
component of our research endeavors is the involvement of
senior officials and relevant personnel within the client
organization. In our experience, we have found that
